Julian Tinnell grew up around quality, good, fresh food. Starting in a charismatic Louisiana restaurant at age thirteen, Julian decided that he wanted to be the one behind the line, cooking and leading. Working his way up, he learned positions including chef’s right hand prep cook, lead line cook, and sou chef. Julian has had experience in various settings of privately owned restaurants, high-end steakhouses, movie production catering, and for the last 3 seasons, a select registry resort. With this experience, Julian developed a talent for cooking to various tastes and expectations.
