Thank you in advance for your interest in participating in being a sponsor for the 11th Annual Taste of Woodstock. We are excited to return to the Woodstock Arts Event Green on Market Street in downtown Woodstock. Your sponsorship will help offset the event production cost. Proceeds from the event go to support the Woodstock High School Band Boosters. We anticipate attendance of 3,000+ at this year’s event.
Event Sponsorship
Event Sponsorships are available through cash donations or the donation of in-kind services (excluding title sponsor). Below is a summary of the levels of sponsorship:
Presenting Sponsor – $3,500 (SOLD)
- Receive ‘presented by’ tagline on all marketing materials to include print, web and other advertising.
- Logo displayed prominently during the event.
- Logo displayed on music stage.
- Negotiable space available for promotional tent during event.
- Presenting Sponsor title is limited to one sponsor.
Gold Sponsors – $1,000
- Company name in text included on all marketing materials to include print, web and other advertising.
- Logo displayed on a minimum of one event sponsor board during the event as gold sponsor.
- 10 x 10 space available for a promotional tent during the event.
Silver Sponsors – $500
- Company name in text included on all web and electronic advertising.
- Logo displayed on a minimum of one event sponsor board during the event as bronze sponsor.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not sell space to non-food vendors who are looking to sell products or services at this event outside of those that sponsor the event. If you would like to request space as part of your gold sponsorship agreement, you must request this as at the time of payment. Space at this event is very limited and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.
